The Netherlands Reports Record Number of Foreign Investment Projects in 2016

The Netherlands reported record levels of direct investment projects by foreign companies in 2016, driven by North American entities. The Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) and its regional partners in the Invest in Holland network assisted in the attraction of 350 foreign investment projects worldwide in 2016, totaling $1.86 billion in capital investment and planned creation of more than 11,398 new jobs.
